The left and the mainstream media have for years said that there is no such thing as voter fraud in American elections and that there is no credible evidence of voter fraud.
On election night 2020, Trump was winning throughout the night. It was a tough re-election campaign, the media lies and interference into the election to help support Joe Biden was in full force, but Republicans felt as though they were going to be poised to replicate the stunning victory in 2016 by appealing to this new Trump voting bloc who loved the 45th President.
Around midnight, returns started coming in that defied explanation. Reports started emerging of suspicious events happening in all the key battleground states.
Some of the lessons election integrity investigators learned from 2020 is that there is voter fraud throughout America’s election systems, in a variety of complex ways. There is small ‘retail’ fraud where people are voting for their deceased relatives, there are people who live abroad who are still voting in America even though they are arguably no longer citizens. There are Canadians who have abused America’s lax election laws so that they can vote in U.S. elections.
When the voter rolls are inflated with bogus and fake names, it’s easy for people to use registrations from decades ago to vote, which is what is happening when empty fields are being used as the registration address for people voting from abroad. There are people who register from a non-existent address claiming they are homeless people voting.
This kind of ‘retail’ fraud exists and predominantly seems to occur in Democrat jurisdictions where the votes tallied end up supporting the Democrat establishment.
Then there are localized instances of voter fraud where larger, systemic, voter fraud is occurring. This is what Project Veritas discovered in Hamtramck, Michigan where the local power structure used batches of illegally-obtained ballots, where people went door to door bullying them out of residents, then auctioning them off at ‘midnight meetings’ where they can be filled out by the politically-connected in order to maintain a local power structure. In this way, Democrats who were white liberals and pro-gay were displaced by Muslim Democrats who pushed out fellow Democrats using these tactics.
There are also localized instances where campaign operatives are abusing the unmonitored ‘drop boxes’ which in 2020 were largely funded by Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, where drops of possibly illegal ballots were being dropped off. This was documented in the Dinesh D’Sousza documentary “2000 Mules” which has seen been purged from the internet in 2024 due to litigation.
But the coherent theory of how fraud is happening across America in elections, in an organized and systemic way sufficient to sway results, has proven elusive. The left claims it is because it doesn’t happen, and writes laws to criminalize investigating voter fraud. The right’s elites never believed in voter fraud because they didn’t care about winning elections. The major donors on the right, foolish and easily swayed by shameless grifters, poured all the major donations straight into the pockets of political charlatans. Only the grassroots true believers have cared about this issue.
The suspicious actions on election night 2020 in all the key battleground states were a starting point. The timing of the ‘late-arriving’ ballots and the tabulation machine data irregularities all happened involving the absentee ballot results.
And upon closer investigation, the absentee ballot data does look suspicious. It was hard to find, but dedicated data researchers found systemic suspicious, abnormal, irreconciliable problems. But those problems were a symptom of a problem that these reports could not identify. They could show that the data did not make sense, but the lurking variable that made the percentage of the vote neatly correlated across precincts between Trump and Biden defied easy explanation. The mainstream media’s response was to completely ignore it.
The Gateway Pundit broke the story of the Muskegon Voter Fraud scandal on August 8, 2023.
The basic details were that an agent of a Democrat-aligned voter registration group, GBI Strategies, had been caught prior to the 2020 election submitting at least 10,000 voter registration applications that were clearly fraudulent. The case had been turned over to the local police, who investigated and found the case was justified.
The police investigating the voter fraud also found 4 semi-automatic rifles with suppressors and modified pistols that were stored on-site at the GBI headquarters in Southfield, Michigan.
Later revelations confirmed that Briana Hawkins was caught by Muskegon Police dropping off two batches of voter registration applications that were likely all fraudulent. On one day she dropped off 8,000, and the other day 2,000-4,000. She dropped them off in the City of Muskegon, which has a voter roll of 27,000, which is what caused City Clerk Ann Meisch to notice that these enormous one-day registrations were likely fraudulent.
Later evidence finally revealed that GBI’s reach was extensive, and they were operating in key left-wing jurisdictions registering new voters both in Michigan and nationwide.
Far-left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel simply whitewashed the entire criminal conspiracy and hid it behind being an ‘active investigation.’
Even though voter registration applications are public documents for six years, the City refused to provide the copies of those submitted by GBI Strategies, refusing them as both public documents and as responsive to Michigan’s FOIA laws, since they were argued to be part of an active law enforcement investigation.
In every Michigan County, voter registrations spiked on that one suspicious day, across the state, on October 9, 2020. It was later learned that Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson had forcibly re-added people to the voter rolls who had been taken off. Benson mailed a postcard to the formerly-registered-voter’s last known address and unless that person objected in writing, they were re-added to the voter rolls. This was an illogical and possibly illegal method that Benson was using to inflate Michigan’s voter rolls.
The owner of GBI Strategies was later revealed to be actively heading 70 “organizing operations” in 20 states for the largest far-left Democrat organizing networks.
This effort to inflate the state’s voter rolls with obviously fake registrations a month before the election, in a state with same-day voter registration, makes no sense unless it was part of a larger effort to cast those ballots. It makes the most logical sense that it was being done via the absentee ballot program.
Later revelations showed that Michigan’s clerks were well aware that “Empower Michigan” and GBI Strategies was submitting fake registrations. They called them “care packages” and related receiving them from the same hotel addresses where GBI Strategies was operating.
The media was caught lying about the story and fabricating facts in order to cover up for the felonies and crimes documented by the Muskegon police department.
The Muskegon Police complained that the Michigan State Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation were engaged in a whitewash, refusing to give them any information.
One important reason that this is all relevant is because Dana Nessel is currently prosecuting the 2020 Trump electors for felony forgery in Michigan, claiming that they executed a forged document when signing the certification of votes for Donald Trump. Since forgery requires a legal standard of ‘specific intent’ Nessel must show that the electors did not believe there was ongoing systemic voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Lawyers close to the electors cases tell the Gateway Pundit that if the FBI were to release its files on the Muskegon fraud, it would blow open Dana Nessel’s prosecution.
The 2020 Trump electors have maintained all along that they believed there was ongoing systemic voter fraud in the 2020 election, which is why they refused to submit and say that sleepy Joe Biden won the election. The Muskegon case demonstrates that Dana Nessel herself knew, all along, that there was major evidence that there was an ongoing criminal conspiracy to engage in systemic voter fraud in the 2020 election.
The Muskegon Voter Fraud cover-up should blow up the prosecution of the 2020 Trump electors, but the many attorneys representing the Republican defendants are too cowardly to introduce this argument, because, they tell the Gateway Pundit, “they don’t want to re-litigate the 2020 election” and are trying to win on simple procedural grounds instead.
The Michigan House of Representatives under control of Republicans has set up the Elections Committee to investigate past and ongoing voter fraud. It has given itself subpoena power to ferret out the witnesses and evidence from the 2020 voter fraud.
Now with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice under Trump leadership, the whitewash and cover-up of past 2020 voter fraud, enabled by dishonest cover-up artists like Bill Barr’s Chief of Staff William Levi, and Barr’s designated DOJ dishonest hatchet man attorney Robert Heberle, might finally be fully revealed.
If the Pam Bondi Department of Justice or the Kash Patel Federal Bureau of Investigation finally releases the files from Muskegon, including the many redactions in the police reports already released to the public, if they honestly investigate and prosecute the offenses with the evidence already in their possession, not only would it prove the innocence of 15 people currently defending themselves from felonies in Michigan, it would also prove that million of patriots who fought for election integrity were right all along that the 2020 election was systemically stolen by groups like GBI Strategies and the Democrat elites have known this all along.
