Elon Musk has found himself at the center of yet another high-profile controversy—this time, a legal battle over his 13th child.
Ashley St. Clair has filed two petitions against Musk in a Manhattan court on Friday. The first seeks to strip Musk of any custodial rights over their 5-month-old son, while the second aims to legally establish Musk as the father.
Twitter-X influencer St. Clair’s filings, first reported by horrible far-left activist Taylor Lorenz on her Substack, paint Musk as a deadbeat dad who’s supposedly abandoned his newborn son, identified only as R.S.C.
St. Clair claims Musk has only met the boy three times—brief encounters totaling less than four hours—and was nowhere to be found when the child was born in September 2024.

According to her custody petition, Musk has never once reached out to check on the kid, leaving St. Clair as the sole caregiver schlepping the baby to doctor’s visits and changing diapers solo. She’s begging the New York Supreme Court to hand her full custody.
Text messages included in the filings also revealed that Elon Musk allegedly asked St. Clair to keep her pregnancy a secret and refused to include his name on the birth certificate.

More from People:
In the petition, she says that she and Musk began a “romantic relationship in or about May 2023,” and the two had intercourse in January 2024, at which time R.S.C. was conceived.
St. Clair says that Musk “acknowledged parentage of the child in various written correspondences” including a text message exchange after R.S.C.’s birth. St. Clair says she sent Musk a photo of her and the newborn shortly after his birth, to which she claims Musk responded, “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.” She included a screenshot of the alleged exchange in her petition.
[…]
St. Clair says Musk eventually met his son on Sep 21, 2024, and spent two hours with them, and then for one hour the next day. She says the last time Musk saw R.S.C. was November 30, 2024, for only 30 minutes.
A week before that meeting, she claims that Musk texted her “I want to knock you up again” on November 24, 2024. Three months later, she claims Musk texted her again: “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”
“Ashley St. Clair has filed paternity and custody petitions to protect the best interests of her child,” her representative Brian Glickich tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. “She has made every effort to collaborate with Mr. Musk before taking this step. She has no further comment on the contents of the petitions, which speak for themselves.”
St. Clair has now found herself facing backlash after a series of leaked text messages revealed her alleged ulterior motives.
Laura Loomer immediately attacked St. Clair after filing the petition.
“So Ashely wanted “privacy”, but she took screenshots of Elon’s private signal messages that were on a timer to expire? How long was she planning her attack on Elon? She took the pics with another phone because signal alerts you when someone screenshots your texts for PRIVACY.”
Loomer added, ““I want privacy.” “Let me post screenshots of my encrypted messages on signal that I took with a second phone so I could lie about respecting someone’s privacy”. Shame on any conservative who is enabling this type of deceptive, and promiscuous behavior by a gold digger.”

MAGA influencer Isabella Moody, a close friend of both St. Clair and Loomer, suggests something far more sinister: St. Clair may have set Musk up from the very beginning.
Moody wrote:
I agree with Laura Loomer.
I wasn’t going to post these, but now that Ashley St. Clair has leaked her private signal messages with Elon Musk after lying and saying she “wanted privacy”, here’s more evidence Ashely planned to “baby trap” Elon.
She sent me these text messages in May 2023 when she first met Elon and started sleeping with him. She said “I need his rocket babies” and “I need a caption to seduce Elon Musk” in May of 2023. See dates below!
She doesn’t care about “privacy”. She planned to seduce him by her own admission and now she’s leaking his texts. So I’m leaking her texts to me now. Because as Laura Loomer said below, we need to CONDEMN PROMISCUOUS GOLD DIGGERS!
Moody’s tweet includes screenshots of a series of incriminating texts allegedly from St. Clair herself.
In a May 2023 exchange, she reportedly told Moody, “I need his rocket babies” and fishing for captions to “seduce Elon Musk.”

Musk, who has not publicly acknowledged the child, has now amplified Moody’s explosive claims—responding with ‘Whoa!’ and ‘Yikes.’
She literally planned to baby trap you.
Predator behavior.
