Maduro and his Cuban security detail out jogging.
Cuban security was not enough for Maduro.
After the US performed the stunning nighttime operation to extract dictator Nicolas Maduro and bring him to justice in a New York courthouse, details are starting to come to light that confirm that ‘the tyrant of Caracas’ was nothing but a Cuban puppet.
It turns out that Maduro’s security detail contained dozens of army and intelligence personnel, and many were killed during the firefight.
This may only be the beginning, as Cuba is expected to be one of the next targets of Donald J. Trump’s liberation of the Western Hemisphere.
Trump announced that the Cuban regime will soon fall, now that the Venezuelan oil money, which represented a lifeline for the Bolivarians, has been cut off.
Yesterday, the Cuban government confirmed that 32 of its citizens have fallen during the U.S. raid on Venezuela.
Reuters reported:
“Havana said there would be two days of mourning on January 5 and 6 in honor of those killed and said funeral arrangements would be announced.
The Cuban government statement gave few details, but said all the dead were members of the Cuban armed forces and intelligence agencies.
“’True to their responsibilities concerning security and defense, our compatriots fulfilled their duty with dignity and heroism and fell, after fierce resistance, in direct combat against the attackers or as a result of bombings on the facilities’, the statement said.”

BBC reported:
“It said the dead were members of its armed forces and intelligence agencies, with two days of national mourning declared.
A short statement did not elaborate on the role of the Cubans in Venezuela, but the two governments are long-standing allies, with Cuba providing security support in exchange for oil.”
Cuban leader Miguel Diaz-Canel said his soldiers and intel operatives provided protection to Maduro and his wife ‘at the request’ of Venezuela.
“In the days following the capture of Maduro, questions have been raised over whether the Trump administration could consider a similar operation against Cuba, which, like Venezuela, has had decades of adversarial relations with the US.
Speaking to reporters on Sunday, US President Donald Trump said military action would not be necessary because ‘Cuba is ready to fall’.”
