President Trump on Friday visited Fort Bragg to honor special forces after the capture of Nicolas Maduro.
Last month the US Army’s Delta Force captured Venezuela’s Maduro and brought him back to the United States.

Venezuela said over 100 security officials and soldiers were killed in the US’s operation to capture Maduro.
No US forces were killed. President Trump said a few US service members were injured during the operation, but they are recovering.
According to an eyewitness account, the US military used weaponry and technology unlike anything he had ever seen.
Trump seemingly confirmed Delta Force operators used a powerful sonic weapon during their mission to capture Maduro.
President Trump and First Lady Melania traveled to North Carolina on Friday to honor the special operators who flawlessly stormed Maduro’s compound and took him into custody in the middle of the night.
“We have an amazing group of people before me, very proud of you,” Trump said. “I have no higher honor in life than to be your commander in chief.”
During his remarks to the troops, President Trump joked that the Abrams tank was named in honor of failed Democrat Stacey Abrams.

“We’re also purchasing 30 new and modified Abrams tanks. Named in honor of Stacey Abrams!” Trump said to laughter.
“Congratulations, thank you very much for a great name, Stacey,” Trump said.
