Citizens protest ‘assisted dying’ law in Britain.
Euthanasia and assisted suicide were defeated, a blow to the culture of death in the British Isles.
Under failing Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Britain has fully embraced Globalist policies that promote death, as you can read in After Late Term Abortions, British MPs Now Approve Assisted Suicide Bill – PM Starmer Votes for It – Campaigners Vow To Resist Legislation in the House of Lords.
But while the England and Wales’ ‘Assisted Dying’ legislation has been stuck in the House of Lords, a much harder pushback is taking place across the Irish Sea, in Scotland.
Yesterday (17), Scottish lawmakers voted against legalizing assisted dying, in a crushing defeat for the campaigners for the ‘culture of death’.

“After much thought and consideration, I have decided to vote ‘No’ on the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill.
Firstly, there is a real fear that vulnerable people, including women who have suffered domestic abuse, could be coerced into taking their own lives.
Secondly, many disabled people fear that their lives will be devalued and could be pushed to take their lives.
Thirdly, the scope of this bill could be widened to include more illnesses and younger ages, as has been the case in other countries.
Instead of creating a pathway for people to end their lives, we should be strengthening the palliative care services that help them live their final days with dignity, comfort and support.

Reuters reported:
“Fifty-seven lawmakers in Scotland, whose parliament has devolved powers in certain areas, backed the bill. But 69 voted against and there was one abstention for a law to allow terminally ill, mentally competent adults, who have lived in Scotland for at least 12 months, to end their lives, the Scottish parliament said on X.”
Globalists at Reuters frame the situation as the United Kingdom ‘being behind Australia, Canada and some U.S. states’.

The Telegraph reported:
“MSPs voted by 69 to 57 to throw out the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill, with one abstention, after several who previously supported it switched sides.
They were given a free vote on the Bill, meaning they could act in line with their consciences and were not whipped by their parties.”
Opponents to this bill are concerned that ‘vulnerable people could be coerced into ending their own lives,’ something that we already see happening in Canada, as you can read in CULTURE OF DEATH: 5% of Canadian Deaths Are Now Caused by Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide, Killing More Than 13.500 People.
“Dr Gordon Macdonald, chief executive of the Care Not Killing campaign against the legislation, said: ‘We are relieved that MSPs have decided not to back this legislation. We believe the Bill posed serious risks to the most vulnerable in society – including disabled people and those suffering from domestic abuse. It threatened the relationship between doctor and patient that is central to our NHS’.”
