President Trump on Monday told reporters that Iran could be completely wiped out in “one night” and that he plans to bring “complete demolition” by midnight tomorrow.
The President held a press conference on Monday following the operation to rescue a downed American flight crew in Iran over the weekend.
This comes as Trump set a deadline for Iran to cease its hostilities or face an overwhelming military response.
“Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the F*ckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP,” the President wrote on Truth Social over the weekend.
To open the press conference, the President declared the rescue mission of the downed pilot was “one of the largest, most complex, most harrowing, combat searches, I guess you would call it a search and rescue mission, ever attempted by the military.” He added that the US is “doing unbelievably well, well at a level that nobody’s ever seen before,” with Operation Epic Fury in Iran.
“The entire country could be taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night,” Trump continued.

Later, Trump was asked about the targets he was going to hit if Iran does not cede to his demands by 8 pm tomorrow, and Trump threatened that “every bridge in Iran will be decimated by 12 o’clock tomorrow night,” and “every power plant in Iran will be out of business, burning, exploding and never to be used again.”
“I mean, complete demolition by 12 o’clock, and it will happen over a period of four hours, if we want it to. We don’t want that to happen,” he continued. Trump further pointed to the recent strike on Iran’s B1 bridge in Karaj, the tallest bridge in the Middle East, as an example of what Iran will face if they do not make a deal.

Trump: Very little is off limits.
Burns: Are there certain kinds of civilian targets, though, I’m thinking, schools or hospitals—
Trump: I don’t want to tell you that. I don’t want to tell you that. We have, we have a plan because of the power of our military, where every bridge in Iran will be decimated by 12 o’clock tomorrow night, where every power plant in Iran will be out of business, burning, exploding and never to be used again. I mean, complete demolition by 12 o’clock, and it will happen over a period of four hours, if we want it to. We don’t want that to happen.
We may even get involved with helping them rebuild their nation. And you know what? If that’s the case, the last thing we want to do is start with power plants, which are among the most expensive thing, and bridges. You saw the bridge, the bridge one. We were very close to a deal. And then I got a call from Mr. Witkoff, Mr. Kushner, and JD, saying, I think they’re breaking the deal.
I said, tell them, “That’s okay. Don’t worry about it,” but tell them to look out their window and watch. And within 45 minutes, I gave the order to knock out the biggest bridge. I gave the order knock out the biggest bridge in, I believe, the Middle East, but the biggest bridge in Iran. And within 10 minutes after I gave that order, that bridge was over.
So, do I want to do that? No. Do I want to destroy their infrastructure? No. It will take them 100 years to rebuild. Right now, if we left today, it would take them 20 years to rebuild their country, and it would never be as good as it was. And the only way they’re going to be able to rebuild their country is to utilize the genius of the United States of America.
This comes after Trump announced the destruction of Iran’s B1 bridge on Thursday, writing on Truth Social, “The biggest bridge in Iran comes tumbling down, never to be used again — Much more to follow! IT IS TIME FOR IRAN TO MAKE A DEAL BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE, AND THERE IS NOTHING LEFT OF WHAT STILL COULD BECOME A GREAT COUNTRY! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”
