In August of 2022, Mary Ann was rushed to the hospital with stroke symptoms, just 4 months after her newly incarcerated J6er son, Barry Ramey, was ripped from her arms and dragged thru several life-threatening prisons to land in DC facing one last chance to be released on bail, as a political prisoner. That day they planned emergency surgery after finding a brain tumor was causing the symptoms.

Despite compelling pleas from his attorney, Judge Dabney Friedrich, responded to Barry directly in the possibility of never seeing his mother again when she heartlessly refused bail based on lies by the corrupt FBI with years of torture to follow. Through unimaginable emotional pain his mother entered brain surgery holding on to lifelong faith in God. The surgery was successful and days in the hospital were followed by months of recovery, incurring financial debt while she simultaneously put her savings into fighting for her son’s freedom, praying for the day they would be reunited.

After three devastating years of sacrifice and injustice, her prayers were answered when President Trump pardoned Barry and he returned home (see video here) after a tumultuous fight that to this day never ends. Now 71 years old, Mary Ann has had to maintain full time work as retirement has never been an option. Now, just over 1 year after his release in a start to reclaim the time and peace she fought so hard for: the brain tumor has returned.
Treading dreadful waters of a growing brain tumor, doctors are gearing for action after testing and gathering an advisory board. Instead of retired peaceful days, Mary Ann faces pressure to maintain employment on shaky ground, an impaired hand from the first brain surgery and yet another debt this month of a failed A/C unit causing thousands in credit debt to replace the broken unit.
