In what increasingly resembles a coordinated Marxist insurgency rather than organic political dissent, the so-called “No Kings” protests erupting across the country this weekend are raising red flags for anyone with a shred of national security awareness.
And yet, the Republican establishment is nowhere to be found.
According to an explosive thread by the online account “@linuxhippie,” these events bear all the hallmarks of a Maoist-style insurgency—complete with mass line strategy, subversive coordination, and political theater meant to discredit the executive branch.
This isn’t just chaos. It’s calculated sedition.
Read his thread below:
“It’s a Revolution, Dummy.”
1. There can be debate over what legal term best applies to the events currently unfolding in the United States.
Have the legal “elements of the crime” been satisfied for charges such as Insurrection, Sedition, Revolt, Domestic Violence, or Terrorism? That’s for the lawyers to decide.
But one thing is clear: this is not a protest, nor is it protected speech.
Any Special Forces operator worth their salt recognizes what’s happening—it’s Marxist revolutionary activity, full stop.
“The protest is the sea the insurgent swims in.”
2. From an objective standpoint, the alignment of multiple events is too coincidental to ignore:
Judges referencing the phrase “No Kings” in rulings that undermine executive authority.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer sponsoring the “No Kings Act”—a direct echo of the phrase trademarked and merchandised by groups organizing this weekend’s “No Kings” riots.
The timing of these riots—set to coincide with the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday—seems designed to negate or overshadow that patriotic celebration.
Meanwhile, Democrat politicians continue to perform theatrical displays about “kneeling” to the executive branch (they had no such problem kneeling for a drug-addicted felon when it suited their agenda).
And perhaps most troubling: the deafening silence of Senate Majority Leader John Thune.
These signals suggest a “Mass Line” has been established, and the movement toward confrontation is well underway.
3. To fail to see what’s happening here is not just naive—it’s professionally negligent, if not criminal.
Strategic ignorance is a national security threat.
The general public may see these riots as noisy but harmless. They are wrong. The Maoist insurgency model has not changed. While adapted for modern tech and tweaked to suit local conditions, the doctrine remains intact—and it’s being executed.
4. Those calling this a “Color Revolution” are adding an unnecessary layer of abstraction. This is simply a revolution. Full stop.
This isn’t “5GW” or some academic jargon designed to mystify. Warfare has always included deception, distraction, and misdirection. Computers just gave it a new platform.
We are now suffering the results of abandoning “threat-based” analysis in favor of “effects-based” analysis, reliant on pseudo-scientific theories and dialectical obfuscation—terms like “5GW” that distract us from the reality on the ground.
5. When a Marxist insurgency, aided by state governors, city mayors, and federally elected senators and representatives, is allowed to operate across the country…
When figures like Rep. Ted Lieu openly call on the military to disobey orders they personally deem “unlawful” (sedition?)…
And when the Senate Majority Leader of the President’s own party says nothing…
We have a problem. A potentially existential one.
It becomes clear that those advising the President lack the clarity required to assess the situation.
The incident involving Secretary Noem should have led to criminal charges against the senator involved.
Likewise, when protestors marched to Sen. Thune’s office, he should have removed them and warned them they were violating Senate rules.
Instead, we are right back where we were under Trump’s first term:
The GOP establishment (GOPe) playing the role of controlled opposition,
And the entire Democrat Party operating as the violent vanguard.
6. To defend the nation, you must know what is being attacked and what the enemy’s goals are.
To be confused on this point is to be strategically dislocated—which ensures any response will be under-inclusive and ineffective. That is precisely what the insurgents are counting on.
Despite the apparent chaos on the street, the leftist organizers are not disorganized—they are highly competent, running off templates and decision-support tools, and are poised to meet or exceed their objectives.
7. A “negotiated settlement” is always the goal when an insurgency lacks the firepower to win outright.
“Dialogue and praxis” erodes the targeted government’s ability to defend its principles.
That’s where we are now.
Open communications like “No Kings” are part of the insurgency’s Command, Control, and Communication (C3).
They seek legitimacy.
If the Trump administration continues being overwhelmed by staged dramatics like the Noem incident, and fails to respond to open defiance of federal law by state and local officials, the insurgency will likely succeed in achieving its minimum objectives:
The complete derailment of the administration’s agenda,
And the erosion of popular support for Trump—which is exactly what the GOP establishment wants.
8. So, whatever you choose to call this, it is NOT a protest.
By their silence, Sen. Thune and the GOPe have declared their allegiance to the insurgents.
That means it is up to the American people to ensure the one thing the opposition wants most desperately—a loss of popular support for Trump—never happens.
As the administration fumbles through this highly coordinated intersectional attack on America’s foundations, citizens must remain aware of their role in the defense of the Republic.
If Trump loses, or is merely perceived to have lost popular support, the outcome is unpredictable.
It is entirely plausible that, even as President, he won’t survive the political summer if the GOPe openly turns on him.
And that, my friends, is what all this riot theater is about.
It’s a Revolution dummy.
1) There can be disagreement about what “Legal Term” to use to describe the events unfolding in the United States.
Have the “elements of the crime” of Insurrection, Revolt, Sedition, Domestic Violence, or Terrorism been met? I’ll leave that to the…
