The more the Deep State tries to say it’s not going after Ed Martin, the more evidence there is that the Deep State is going after Ed Martin.
As previously reported, a whistleblower from California raised serious concerns about criminal acts that she uncovered related to Adam Schiff’s mortgages over the past two decades. In April 2023, Californian Chris Bish provided us with documentation indicating that Adam Schiff was allegedly committing mortgage and/or election fraud. Authorities in the Biden Administration refused to do anything, so Bish went to Congress. Congress passed on it as well.
Anything other than the facts is a distraction.

When others showed up earlier this year with accusations of mortgage fraud, by individuals like Letitia James, Bish shared her reporting again. It looked like Schiff was finally going to be indicted.
Last Tuesday, reports surfaced that there was insufficient evidence to indict Schiff. However, Bish responded to say not to worry, as she was on her way to DC to discuss with government officials the mountains of evidence showing that Adam Schiff was committing mortgage and/or election fraud.
Looks like someone’s getting their talking points straight from MSNBC or Adam Schiff’s team because they *really* want this to disappear.

Bish ended up covering her own costs to travel to Washington, DC, and share what she had uncovered involving Schiff’s alleged mortgage and/or election crimes.
What Bish never expected was that the individuals she met didn’t want to know about Schiff’s crimes; they wanted to know about Bish’s conversations with the DOJ’s Ed Martin, Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte, and others.
On Friday, it was reported that Ed Martin and Bill Pulte, who were investigating Adam Schiff’s mortgage crimes, were the ones being investigated by the DOJ’s Deputy Attorney General, Todd Blanche.

The problem is that Chad Mizelle is not the person you want covering your back. Per Conservative Treehouse, Chad has quite a story working deep inside the Deep State.
I have continued to point out that Chad Mizelle was Rod Rosenstein’s chief legal counsel during the first term of President Trump. As Rosenstein’s legal counsel, it was Chad Mizelle who literally wrote the “scope memos” that authorized the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate President Trump.
Mizelle also wrote the expanded scope memos for Mueller and Andrew Weissmann that permitted the targeting of Michael Flynn Jr, Michael Flynn, George Papadopolous, Paul Manafort and more. Chad Mizelle would have intimate knowledge of Rosenstein’s intent to hire Robert Mueller, before, during and after the Special Counsel was appointed.
Because of everything above, Chad Mizelle was always looked at with strong suspicion. There is no way to intellectually reconcile Chad Mizelle as a good faith actor knowing the intents and purposes of Robert Mueller. It just didn’t make sense.
When Mizelle left the DOJ:
Todd Blanche, deputy attorney general, said: “Chad’s tenure at the Department has been marked by exceptional leadership and dedication to the Department. He provided Attorney General Bondi and all of us with outstanding counsel, and his steady hand helped guide our work. Chad played a key role in advancing the President’s America First agenda here at the Department, and his efforts strengthened our mission to protect the American people.” (link)
All of that may be true. However, it is also true that without Chad Mizelle there would never have been a Robert Mueller investigation and expanded scope memos for Andrew Weissmann.
But that wasn’t enough for the Deep State. They managed to encourage John Solomon to claim that the DOJ is not investigating Ed Martin.

The problem with Solomon’s piece is that he used a “source” and a former DOJ Chief of Staff to report that the DOJ’s Todd Blanche was not investigating its own Ed Martin.
Solomon says this about the investigation per his source:
The Justice Department is not investigating its chief pardon attorney Ed Martin or top housing regulator Bill Pulte for their role in probing Sen. Adam Schiff, and a recent grand jury subpoena was simply designed to secure documents about Schiff’s mortgages and ascertain their origins, a source with direct knowledge of the probe told Just the News on Sunday.
The problem with this is that the documents have been public since at least 2023. Chris Bish shared the documents with Congress at that time. These are public documents.
Solomon continues:
The source — as well as Attorney General Pam Bondi’s former chief of staff — directly disputed reports in The Associated Press, CNN, MSNOW and other legacy media last week suggesting that a grand jury was probing the conduct of Martin and Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte in pursuing mortgage and bank fraud allegations against the California Democrat senator.
What Solomon does not tell you is that “Attorney General Pam Bondi’s former chief of staff” is Chad Mizelle, Deep State Rod Rosenstein’s assistant, who drafted the Russia collusion documents used in the coup attempt of the first Trump Administration.
We must have hit the target if the Deep State is working so hard covering up the DOJ’s reported investigation of Ed Martin reportedly run by Todd Blanche.
