MAGA warrior Alina Habba has been barred form serving as US attorney for New Jersey in an outrageous travesty of justice by the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
This is the latest assault by the judiciary of Trump legal appointees and surely won’t be the last.

A federal appeals court on Monday found Alina Habba, President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney, is serving unlawfully as US attorney for New Jersey, dealing a legal blow to the Trump administration that could have far-reaching consequences on other appointments across the country.
A panel of three appellate judges with 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court’s finding that the administration violated the law when it used of a series of maneuvers to install Habba in the position after failing to win Senate support.
“Under the Government’s delegation theory, Habba may avoid the gauntlet of presidential appointment and Senate confirmation and serve as the de facto U.S. Attorney indefinitely,” the unanimous three judge panel wrote. “This view is so broad that it bypasses the constitutional (appointment and Senate confirmation) process entirely.”
The ruling by the Appeals Court marks a tremendous loss for America as Habba has been a fearless warrior for election integrity, especially during last month’s elections.
This latest news regarding Habba also comes months after an Obama judge said she was “not lawfully holding the office of United States Attorney.” US Attorney General Pam Bondi promptly appealed the ruling.
It also comes just ONE WEEK after an appeals court ruled that Lindsey Halligan, the US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, was illegally appointed and dismissed cases against deranged former FBI director James Comey and crooked New York Attorney General Letitia James.
The feckless GOP Senate has only itself to blame for these debacles.
There has been ample time to confirm Habba and other MAGA patriots for full-time US Attorney positions, but so-called institutionalists like Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) are too busy trying to pacify Senate Democrats, using the so-called ‘blue slip’ custom as an excuse.
The custom effectively gives Democrat senators a veto over Trump’s appointments.
President Trump previously said he would file a lawsuit to prevent Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) from blocking Habba’s confirmation for US Attorney of New Jersey with the unconstitutional’ blue slip’ process and has lashed out against the practice in general.
“I have a Constitutional Right to appoint Judges and U.S. Attorneys, but that RIGHT has been completely taken away from me in States that have just one Democrat United States Senator,” Trump wrote on Truth Social in August.
“This is because of an old and outdated “custom” known as a BLUE SLIP, that Senator Chuck Grassley, of the Great State of Iowa, refuses to overturn, even though the Democrats, including Crooked Joe Biden (Twice!), have done so on numerous occasions.”
“Therefore, the only candidates that I can get confirmed for these most important positions are, believe it or not, Democrats! Chuck Grassley should allow strong Republican candidates to ascend to these very vital and powerful roles, and tell the Democrats, as they often tell us, to go to HELL!”
