A Cincinnati man was arrested and charged for threatening to kill a family in Ohio in the “name of Allah” very early on Easter Sunday morning.
23-year-old Anthony Tyrone Jessie Long was charged with aggravated menacing and aggravated trespassing.
The suspect appeared to be kneeling down and praying on the family’s driveway before approaching the front door.
The homeowner called 911 after she saw the knife-wielding suspect pounding on her front door.
The frightened homeowner said that while she was waiting for police to arrive, her daughter pulled up in the driveway.
At this point, the woman’s husband went outside to confront the suspect.
“I’ll kill you in the name of Allah!” the suspect shouted at the family’s patriarch.
“Go, Kenzie! Go!” the girl’s father shouted as he ran away.
The young daughter was able to get away and sped off.
Police say that Long followed another driver and tried to ram their vehicle.
