FBI Director Kash Patel on Tuesday went off on Democrat Senator Chris Van Hollen during a fiery exchange over accusations of ‘excessive drinking.’
“Multiple reports, including by The Atlantic, have alleged episodes of excessive drinking, unexplained absences and behavior that concern current and former FBI and DOJ officials…” Van Hollen said to Patel.
Kash Patel immediately ripped into Van Hollen for sipping margaritas on taxpayer dime.
Last year Van Hollen met with Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a wife beater and alleged MS-13 gang banger who was deported for illegally residing in Maryland – and YOU paid for his political stunt.
The corrupt Maryland Senator flew all the way to El Salvador for a photo op in his fight to smuggle deported MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia back to the US.
El Salvador’s Bukele mocked Van Hollen and posted of a photo of him enjoying margaritas with Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
“Kilmar Abrego Garcia, miraculously risen from the “death camps” & “torture”, now sipping margaritas with Sen. Van Hollen in the tropical paradise of El Salvador!” Bukele said on X last year.

Kash Patel went off on Van Hollen.
“The only person slinging margaritas in El Salvador on the taxpayer dollar with a convicted gang banger rapist was you!” Kash Patel said.
“The only one in this room that has been drinking on the taxpayer dime during the day is you,” Patel added.
“I don’t know where you get this stuff. It doesn’t make it credible because you say so,” he added.
“The only person that ran up a $7,000 bar tab in Washington, DC, and the lobby desk was you!” Patel said pointing to Van Hollen.
“You drink at margaritas with a gang gang that’s actually true and on video!” Patel said referencing Van Hollen’s trip to visit Abrego Garcia.
“This is the ultimate example of hypocrisy,” Patel said.
“I will not be tarnished by baseless allegations of fraudulent statements from the media,” he added.
